The academic programs implemented inside the Living Angels Christian Academy are designed to be in full compliance to all provisions and guidelines implemented by the Department of Education.

 

Objectives of the Special Education Department

 

The Special Education Department shall have the following objectives:

 

  • Provide learning opportunities that will help special students discover, develop and use their talents to the fullest extent

  • Provide learning opportunities that will prepare special students to adulthood and independence

  • Provide learning opportunities that will train special students to communicate effectively

  • Provide learning opportunities that will guide special students to adjust socially both at home and in the society

 

Objectives of the Preschool Department

 

The Preschool Department shall have the following objectives:

 

  • Provide learning opportunities that will lead pupils to live a life anchored on Christian foundation

  • Provide learning opportunities that will allow pupils to think and do things independently within the limits of his maturity

  • Provide learning opportunities that will guide pupils about social graces, manners and behavior

  • Provide learning opportunities that will enhance pupils’ psychomotor coordination

 

Objectives of the Grade School Department

 

The Grade School Department shall have the following objectives:

 

  • Provide learning opportunities that will lead the graders to live a life anchored on Christian foundation

  • Provide learning opportunities for basic knowledge and for the development of fundamental skills, competencies and attitudes that are essential to an individual’s growth and development

  • Provide learning opportunities that will preserve the Filipino culture and nationalism, thereby playing an active role in nation-building

  • Provide learning opportunities that will prepare the graders for secondary education

  • Provide learning opportunities that will develop and enhance the grader’s orientation to the world of work and activity

 

Objectives of the High School Department

 

The High School Department shall have the following objectives:

 

  • Provide learning opportunities that will lead the students to live a life anchored on Christian foundation

  • Provide learning opportunities that will refine a student’s bearing, language and manner befitting a young lady and gentleman

  • Provide learning opportunities that will promote academic excellence, physical fitness, emotional stability and the other components that constitute a cultured individual

  • Provide learning opportunities that will assist the students in choosing a career wisely

  • Provide learning opportunities that will equip the students to meet the challenges of college life with confidence and ease

 

 

GRADING SYSTEM

 

LACA resolves to be in compliance to the guidelines prescribed by the Department of Education.
